Do we need more expensive sandwiches? The answer is yes. Paying more for food that is easily accessible at home always tastes better. And of course it is the same bread, meat and cheese you buy at the supermarket.(Especially if it’s from a cute little bistro) Of course we white people must have their over priced coffee to go with our expensive sandwich’s. And the coffee only gets better when said fair trade yummm. It is of course very important that we must make shame of people who litter in public for we all never waste we are the perfect recyclers. People may think we are very uncultured but that is very untrue white culture is very misunderstood from our need of boy bands to Facebook.

Why do teenage girls live such empty lives, is it they feel empty inside which they try to fill with meaningless dribble or that their stress causes them to go down a path of self-destruction. In the may 10th addition of MacLean’s magazine an article featuring Dr. Leonard sax “Inside the dangerously empty lives of teenage girls” goes through many key Idea’s of why teenage girls are so eager to fall down a path of destruction and despair. The three main Idea’s Dr. Sax speaks of are that in today’s world girls have more anxiety and pressure, Girls as well are more prone to self-destruction then that of boys, and the parentally approach of today is allowing girls to fall through the cracks. These three main points seem to lead to why so many girls are headed on such a dangerous down ward spiral.

Today girls seem to be out performing the boys in many ways making more income, having higher grades, being more motivated but it all seems to lead to more anxiety, which is impacting girls in a negative way. Girls now not only have to be pretty, thin, and popular they have to be smart, hard worker and fun. This high pressure world creates an impossible image girls must live up. Many girls seem to be fine on the outside while secretly they are cutting themselves or worse.

While the stress of today’s world gets to the girls why does it not to affect the boys? While girls must strive to be the best and fine something that defines them boys are simple content being who they are. Girls have the urge to be something if it’s best gymnast, smartest student while boys are good with just being a good video gamer or can eat more hotdogs then his friends. Girls are constantly striving to be the best if someone passes them they anxiety builds while if someone gets to level two before the good gamer the boy doesn’t worry. The boy who is captain of the football team or smartest student isn’t usually the ones cutting themselves; while girls in the same boat are more likely to cut themselves do to the high level of stress.

With all this stress where are their parents to help with their children stress and anxiety it seems that parenting today has taken a backseat to computers, cell phones, and friends. Instead of being active in their children’s lives they are simple content letting there daughters spend hours on the computer not knowing what they are up too. Many girls seem quite well on the outside but in the inside they are withering away but parents seem oblivious to this letting their children fall through the cracks.

Dr. Sax’s main ideas of over anxious girls, proneness to self destruction, and lack of parenting have led to a society of empty teenage girls. Though girls may be surpassing boys in many ways they are still on a path leading to a dangerous place. What can be done about? should parents take more intrest in the childrens lives or should there be more time to relax for teenage girls. Sociaty has create an envoirment harmful to the teenage girl so should society itself be changed?

Finally I had enough I knew I had to step up to the plate it is now or never. It had come all in due time. I knew in order to get it right i would have to work to death. Ann Coulter is a right-wing speaker, publisher, and writer who believes herself to be a spoon sturring up the pot. Coming to Canada Ann Coulter has brought many controversy over her opinions. Many of her views are racist and ignorant, when she is questioned on her racist views she inturn blames others of being intolernat. Ann Believes herself to be in the right under the freedom of speech act, even though before entering Canada she was told to restrain herself. When ask to restrain herself she went to the human rights commision and said it was a "hate crime" agianst her.

Everything she saids seems to be controversial, when in a london ontario universty she was questioned on comments she had made after 9/11. About how all muslims leaders must be killed and all others converted to christianity. These and other comments are chargerable against the Canadian freedom of speech act. In Canada the freedom of speech act allows you to speak without sensorship and limitations yet the law does not aloud "hate speech" the public discrimnation of people for there religion, prefrences, or ideals. In Canada people are aloud to speak there mind and talk of there ideals, but a person cannot speak if it is against the harm principle or offensive principle which she clearly crosses the line.

Ann Coulter is a person who should not be affilated with anyone. Her views are her own and should not represent others such as women or christians. When Ann Coulter Came to canada she crossed the line in her speeches. In the Canadian law she is wrong aswell she is wrong in human nature. How she has continued to speak out in such a racist intolarant way is behind comprehension. Ann Coulter should never be allowed back into Canada for the way she has mistreated are laws and rules.

I HAVE THE POWER

The diffrence between me and the rest of the world is I do not wish for a superpower. I have one. My power is quite simply to steal other peoples super powers. Sadly the flaw to this amazing gift is no one in the world besides myself has any power. In fact I am the most powerful being in the univesre, yet the oppurtunity to show my power has never revealed itself. I never chose this power it was simply bestowed upon me at my birth, The god Loki thought it would be his greatest prank ever to create the most powerful being ever but render him useless, among nromal citizens of earth. If given a choice I would not switch powers for if ever a being with true powers reveals themselfs i would clearly have the advantage and thus give me the victory. The reason i would choose not to switch is quite simple, no matter how powerful my foe may be I would obtain is power and render him powerless and me having his power would now be the victor. Sadly, I am cursed to wonder the earth until my rival reavels himself. Until that day I shall remain the most powerful powerless being to ever exist.
